-What’s included in the mowing services?
Mowing services include mowing, string trimming areas where lawn mower doesn’t reach, edging of sidewalks and driveways, and blowing off hard surfaces.
-Do I need to be at home for my estimate or service?
No, you do not need to be home at the time of your estimate or service, as long as there is access to front and back yards.
-If it’s raining on my scheduled service date, when should I expect service?
I will return to complete your service 1-3 days after the weather has cleared.
-How do I pay for mowing and other services?
I try to make payment as easy as possible for you! I can set up a Credit Card on file, and I also accept mobile forms of payment such as Venmo or CashApp. I also offer seasonal prepay discounts.
-Can I request a specific service day or time of day?
We work to accommodate scheduling as much as possible, especially regarding service day. We cannot guarantee a time of day for service, however, we can work with scheduling in regards to Morning vs. Afternoon service.
-Will you service my property if I have a dog (or other pet) in the back yard?
No, animals must be secured inside the house at time of service.
-Will you pick up after my animal as part of your service?
No, all animal debris (poo, etc.) must be picked up prior to scheduled time. An animal waste fee will be applied if not removed before time of service.
-How often do you service my property?
We offer weekly and bi-weekly services for mowing. Other services, such as hedge trimming, fertilizing, etc. can be scheduled accordingly.
-Do you offer a One-Time Mowing Service?
Yes, we do. One-time service is priced accordingly.
